If You create an account with Us or access Our Services through a third party social media site, You consent to any associated personal information that such sites may share with Us during the sign-up process. You are requested to review the privacy policies of such sites, to better understand their practices regarding disclosure of such information.

1.4 Payment and Billing information: We collect certain payment and billing information during registration for Our paid Services, event registration, membership renewals and payment processing. This includes, without limitation:

• The name and contact information of the designated billing representative;
• payment card details (credit or debit card number, expiration date and security code), billing address and transaction details;
• Invoices and transaction history related to purchases made through the Platform;
• Information necessary to control and prevent potential fraud during payments;
• Information required to process refunds or payments of reimbursable expenses.

1.5 Support data: This means the information provided by You when submitting requests or issues through support channels, including contact information and issue details.

1.6 Information about others: Personal information about other individuals provided by EO Members, including contact details and business information, for legitimate purposes such as event invitations and business to business referrals.

2.1 We process personal information provided by You with your consent for the following purposes:

• To manage the memberships of EO Members;
• To provide access to Our Platform and personalise Your experience on the Platform;
• To organise and manage Our events, provide the Services and enhance Your networking capabilities. This includes sharing necessary information with the third party service providers involved in the organisation and management of Our events;
• To manage Your account with Us;
• To contact You with important updates and provide You with any promotional news and offers;
• To manage any requests related to the Services and/or Our Platform;

2.2 We collect and process Your payment and billing information to handle payments, membership renewals, event registrations and other financial transactions, including collecting necessary information for processing refunds and preventing fraudulent transactions.

2.3 We process Your contact information and information about Your preferences, tastes, and browsing habits to:

• manage Your subscriptions to Our newsletters and other communications;
• Send customised information about Our Services, events and promotions that may interest You, based on Your profile, company and interaction with the Platform.

• EO Chapters: Local and international chapters within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization network;

• Service providers: Service providers including but not limited to technology service providers, marketing and advertisement partners, financial institutions, logistic, transport and delivery partners, customer support service providers, payment gateway providers, providers that facilitate social media interactions and integrations, anti-fraud detection and prevention entities, vendors, legal and financial advisors and such other third parties that We work with in connection with the Platform and/or Our Services.

3.3 We may also be required to disclose Your information, in the event such disclosure is necessary for compliance with any legal obligation, or is requisitioned under any law, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or if We, in Our discretion and in good faith, deem it necessary to comply with applicable laws, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

EO Members can update their personal information through their account on Our platform. It is however Your responsibility to inform Us of any modifications or updates to Your information.
It is expressly clarified that Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the personal information provided to EO Bangalore is accurate and current. You further acknowledge and understand that You will be liable for any damages, losses or claims that may arise on account of the incorrect or incomplete information provided by You to Us.

7.2 Deletion: You have the right to request that We delete Your personal information (wholly or partially) when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or when We are no longer legally permitted to retain it.
